Our 5th Thanksgiving dinner

We thank the Lord for the wonderful group of servants that helped us provide our 5th Thanksgiving dinner, served at the Rock. Over 8 different churches were represented, and well over 100 servants came down to the mission field of Kensington. The unconditional love of Jesus was shared with so many folks from the area, and we saw many decisions for Christ.
What a blessing it was to have so many people give of their time and their resources. All the food was cooked or donated, and brought to our location. Over 500 people were fed an awesome meal, including folks in shelters and shut-ins. God provided the laborers and His light was shining on Kensington. The body of Christ came together in the unity of the Spirit and the bond of peace! Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good!
We thank everyone for helping to make Thanksgiving 2010 a day of rejoicing. We look forward to seeing these wonderful servants at many outreaches to come.
Please continue to pray for the Rock as we reach a neighborhood with the Gospel
