Girl's Kickboxing Ministry

Girls who are 10 - 22 years of age are invited to come and learn how to kickbox on Monday and Wednesday nights from 5:00 - 7:00.

Girls come to have fun, get in shape, and if serious enough possibly compete in various kickboxing competitions.

The gym floor at the Rock is a no-cursing and bully-free environment. There is no charge for the classes, but all participants must attend a 20 minute bible study on Monday nights.
